i tried painting with krita brushes for what might be the first serious time and there were quite some stumbling blocks so i will have to figure all that out sometime
but i think this came out pretty okay
as per usual this took way too long haha
i like getting away with using all manner of clashing super-bright colors though
i started out watercoloring the background and then i was like “what if i watercolor everything, that’ll be cool”
an hour later i realized i have no idea how to watercolor a foreground or get the watercolor brushes i have to cooperate at all so we are back to lines
someday i will draw something fast enough that i can try shading it before midnight
hm, a technologically gifted lady villain who doesn’t care that her plots might destroy the earth and alliteratively insults the rag-tag team of five misfits trying to stop her
aaand at last i finished these 30 expressions
this was A LOT OF DRAWING WOW my poor hand
i know i am not particularly good at expressions so i am attempting to do this internet art challenge
however after like three or four straight hours of this my hand is cramping a lot and i’ve felt a few nerves twinge which seems like it’s probably bad
but this is half(ish) of them so i will call this today’s doodle and do the rest tomorrow

would you believe i spent many hours on this, trying to draw some goddamn eevee legs, which i ended up cropping out
