Why is pk pursuing legal action if there's nothing to hide? How is this anything but silencing through fear tactics? Pk must know taking legal action will most likely be fruitless, so what gives?

As a general rule, the crowd has a tendency to spread sensationalist falsehoods faster and further than bland truths. But it’s not my place to comment on someone else’s legal affairs.
