it is unbelievable that jontron would use it as a pejorative, have someone reply to him intelligently, and then immediately use the same word a second time (a) not as a pejorative (b) not as a parallel to his first use of it © honestly thinking the other person had an intellectual disability.  that is far too ridiculous for me to believe, and i suspect, far too ridiculous for almost anyone else to believe as well.

words’ having different meanings doesn’t mean you, the listener, get to just arbitrarily pick different meanings to change what someone else said.  it is plainly obvious he was using it as a schoolyard insult.  absolutely nothing about the situation indicates otherwise; you are grasping at the flimsiest of straws.
