I skimmed through the manifesto and he believed that he was indeed “approaching” them. However he thought that his very existence should some how warrant their attention. There was one incident he talks about how on his first day to USCB where he was walking to school and he noted that there were “beautiful women” there and how upon him passing him he was “saddened” that they didn’t even glance at him.

Why would they? What would honestly separate you from the other people passing through the doors to the school in the early morning?

Then when he gets to his first class he notes how all the “jock” kids seemed to (real shocker here) know those girls and talked to them instead of him- Ellitot Rodgers- the man who expected women to come to him in droves even though he did fuck all to strike up any conversation with them.

“why don’t they want to fuck me? don’t they know how rich and smart i am???”
