frankly, the way you're handling this situation is very immature. You're artwork was used without your permission, i understand your frustration, but you could have easily prevented it in the first place by watermarking it or at least making it clear that if you wanted to use it to ask for your permission. Jwittz is a very nice guy and was absolutely not villainizing. He should've sourced and asked you, but at least give him the benefit of the doubt. Video making is his art, after all.

There is no argument here: he was in the wrong, he acknowledged as such to me personally, and we’re working out a positive solution despite all the vitriol everyone wants to spew in every direction.

P.S. someone being a nice guy does NOT excuse actions. Let people own up to their mistakes themselves and stop being a scourge on people who are rightfully upset over something.
