morel comes to mind immediately for being both a cool strategist, a fan of 70s rock, and basically a fucking green lantern who makes up powers all the time but in a way that never feels contrived or plot-devicey

hisoka for being fucking nuts and having very gray but consistent…  morality?  also using his mundane-sounding abilities in creative and ludicrously reckless ways

i adore both netero and ging for being smug-ass motherfuckers with ridiculously over-the-top things in their histories
