i only caught bits of it but the tl;dr seems to be that he thinks it’s someone else’s fault for not getting 10yo girls interested in programming (which ruffled feathers of many people who weren’t interested in programming until much later) and what can he possibly do about this when all he has are millions of dollars to give away at his discretion (which ruffled feathers of many people who are not white dudes and not receiving his millions of dollars)
