you have a weirdass workplace if no one cares that you’re blatantly dicking around on paid time but someone gets mad if it involves a cartoon nipple

if it were critically important that a certain category of image never appear on my screen i would absolutely not rely on the value judgements of strangers

*shrug* I only said work because some people might use it during breaks or something, I don’t know. I don’t know why “Not Safe For Work” would include the word work if it wasn’t intended to save people who were at work? I wasn’t really thinking when I said it. You’re right that most people wouldn’t have to worry about it if they were doing their jobs right.

I wasn’t trying to say that people should be trusting everyone on Tumblr? All I was saying is I know some people don’t have the option of having a safe place to view Tumblr, so I just wanted to know how she felt about that and if she wanted to consider it for her blog. If she doesn’t care it’s fine? It’s not a big deal. I respect her decision not to, I was just curious.

i guess it seems weird to put the onus on the poster to categorize everything in a way useful to particular hypothetical readers, when i still fondly recall the days of people flooding forums with inline goatse

is anyone in this conversation even in a position to get in trouble for seeing plant boobs?
