but anyway before this he was doing voices for PMD-e’s april fools thing, but he got really pissy and left during some chat one day - and then he started going on about how he had “dirt” on me such as that I was ~kicked out of art school~ and started to be actively malicious

and then he came to my table at anime expo, pretended to be nice and discuss how goooood the voices in the pmd-e flash were, left a business card that i didn’t glance at for a long time, then it fell over and I saw he had written “PommyN64” on the back

so he premeditated being a douche for no reason other than to try and cause agony

it’s really incredible what people will do just out of spite, isn’t it?

the huge irony is that kiyotaka ishimaru is a very honorable character, so for someone like that to voice him is hilariously disgusting (I was relieved it wasn’t a character I liked, and that also i don’t like english dubs)
