as time goes on i become increasingly convinced that being an ironic asshole (in the way 0r0 appears to be) is even worse

a regular old asshole, ok, you hate people who aren’t like you, have fun over there i guess

an ironic asshole is disingenuous and nigh manipulative.  not only do they not actually care about people who aren’t like them, but because they only do it ✨ironically✨, they think it’s still cool to hang around the people they use as the butts of their jokes.  if you’re one of those people, and you don’t like being used for teenage humor this way, it’s your fault for not being cool and playing along with the joke
