you’re aware that lawsuits only hold water if the person actually did something wrong, right? like you can’t just waltz into a courtroom all “your honor, i don’t like this guy, i rest my case”. unless you have a jillion dollars i guess, that seems to help

mel didn’t ask anyone to go after the va’s job to my recollection? she said “look at these creepy things he has done and is enabling, i just want him to stop”.

do you think people should just suck it up when they are smeared and lied about and creeped on? you think it’s overreacting to seek legal aid when laws exist covering exactly this fucking situation, or to expose someone’s ongoing creepy behavior? that is seriously fucked up anon
