Is tumblr even worth being popular on anymore? Does it even help business? I'm reaching the conclusion where all it does is make you an open target for ridicule if even one crummy thing from your past comes up. DeviantArt has it's drama but FUCK nothing like this...

tumblr is better than anything else at spreading stuff

just, uh, not always the right stuff

but it still works well for neat artwork; e.g. the comic on polarized thinking has 20k notes
