and idk that comic def comes off as things my own abuser/rapist tells other people about me (my victim is lying! things didn’t happen like that! you’re completely misunderstanding my actions! you’re choosing a side without listening to ME first!) which just makes me even MORE uncomfortable bc that’s. legit. how abusers work things. they make themselves out as completely innocent. I had to stop reading it after a point bc I’m assuming PK doesnt take any responsibility for anything theyve done.
i mean there’s a difference between disliking PKs art and thinking they have shoddy business practices or a bad personality and. disliking/avoiding PK because they abused and manipulated someone. it’s not ~haters gonna hate~ when youve done something incredibly shitty and people no longer like you for it

how do you think people who are actually innocent would “work things”?
like, what is the accusee supposed to be doing if the allegations really are false? not claim innocence? i don’t understand. this seems like a dangerous approach that would let anyone be accused of abuse without the slightest social recourse.
there have been a lot of detractors going “i can’t believe you’re doing X” or “only a truly guilty person would do Y” so it would be really helpful to me if just one single person could explain this to me: if we assume pk is actually innocent, what is the correct course of action to convince you of such?
