Not to mention you skip over the part where I say that PK could not validly make a defamation claim without lying about the accounts of other people who were in abusive situations by them.

i’m assuming you didn’t read my rebuttal, in which i go to great pains to demonstrate that

• virtually all of pengo’s substantial accusations are false
• all those “other accounts” are vague and meaningless fluff, and certainly none of them describe abuse. (for you to even think that, i have to wonder if you even read them, or if you just took pengo’s assertion at face value and let your imagination run wild.)

in light of the above you may want to reconsider your analysis, which you based wholly and completely upon your own handwaved estimation that “I don’t think PK can prove Pengo’s word is false without discrediting (or lying, given their nature of gaslighting)”

Not to mention the fact you avoid that if this lawsuit is fake, PK is committing barratry, which is illegal.
